Welcome to Bushido Cutz Hair Studio  offering barber services in Beaverton, Oregon by Master barber owner Michael Hedden. By using our services, purchasing products, or visiting our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Walk-ins are welcome and accepted based on availability.
   
• For booked appointments, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
   
• No-shows may result in a 50% service fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
   
• If you’re running late, please contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
   

• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept card and mobile payments.
   
• Gratuity is optional but always appreciated.
   

We maintain a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment. We may refuse service to anyone who:

• Disrespects staff or other clients
   
• Appears under the influence of drugs or alcohol
   
• Violates our studio rules
   

• All services are tailored to your preferences and hair type.
   
• Results may vary. No guarantees are made for specific outcomes.
   
• If you’re unsatisfied, please contact us within 48 hours so we can help resolve the issue.
   

• All prices are in USD.
   
• We accept major credit/debit cards and supported payment options at checkout.
   
• Orders are confirmed once payment is processed and a confirmation email is received.
   

• Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
   
• We currently ship within the U.S. only.
   
• You will receive a tracking number once your item ships.
   
• We are not responsible for shipping delays or incorrect shipping info.
   

• All sales are final, unless an item is damaged or defective.
   
• Report damaged items within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
   
• Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.
   
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these requirements.
